Once you've registered for The FSQ Network, it's important to make sure your account is set up to best suit your needs.

Account settings

To manage your account, click on the profile picture icon in the top right corner of the navigation bar and select 'Account settings' from the drop down menu. 

Here you will able to amend the following information: 

  • Update your password 
  • Change your email address if you are no longer going to have access to the one registered to this account (although you will still be able to login, but you will not receive any emails from the community)
  • Amend your notification preferences 
  • Add two-factor authentication to secure your account
  • Delete your account

Notification preferences

Your notification preferences have been configured to keep you up to date via email with activity across The FSQ Network, including new discussion threads, activity from members you follow, and activity which you have contributed to or have been involved it.

It will also automatically include weekly latest content updates and a fortnightly newsletter which shares the most popular content from the previous two weeks straight to your inbox. 

You can amend these preferences at any time so you can reduce or increase the amount of correspondence you receive from The FSQ Network. 

Profile page

To make The FSQ Network a collaborative, trusted space for professionals to share ideas with each other, we encourage members to complete their profile page so your peers can get to know you and vice versa. 

To edit your profile, click the profile picture icon in the top right of the navigation bar, and select 'Edit profile' from the drop down. 

Here you will be able to update the following:

  • Your profile picture
  • Your personal information, including job title and company
  • Your profile visibility - if you would like your profile to be hidden from other members, you can switch the toggle off here
  • 'About you' section - this is your space to share a personal bio or more information about what you do 
  • Contact information - if you'd like other members to be able to contact you outside of the community, you can put in links to email, social media page and websites here

Please also make sure you have responded to the questions asked during onboarding otherwise you will not be registered as an active member of the community.
