The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has increased enforcement of food imports into America from foreign countries. The FDA uses import alerts which it updates regularly.
The list for import alerts now includes:
- Soft cheese and soft ripened cheese from France
- Cantaloupes from Mexico
- Aquaculture seafood products
