The session covers: 

  • What are the purpose of food safety audits?
  • What are the panellists current pain points or experiences with food safety auditing? 
  • How can we reframe auditing from being a penalisation process to something more positive? 
  • How can industry come together to overcome the numerous, often overlapping audits which are taking place?
