John has over 35 years’ experience in food safety, authenticity, quality and legality, covering everything from laboratory testing to Standards, and auditing to allergen management.
A key member of the BRCGS technical team leading the creation and overseeing the maintenance of Food Safety and Agents & Brokers standards, his previous experience as Product Safey Manager, Sainsbury’s informs practical understanding of operator challenges. John also has experience in the prevention of food contaminants, procedures to ensure the authenticity of products, allergen policy and management of allergens within the supply chain.
